Between the 80s and 90s I grew up in my mother's prêt-à-porter women's clothing store, in the heart of Bologna. It offered customers a selection of garments from both historical (Porselli, Calvin Klein, Reebok) and emerging brands at the time such as Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, DNKY, Collection Privée.
Born under the sign of Libra, I developed an aesthetic sense oriented towards harmony: I looked after and nurtured it through the passion for figurative art around the world.
Mine was, and still is, a continuous journey to discover shapes and color.
Italy is in first place in my heart and in my eyes: the beauty and the variety of its lands, its architecture, the historical-cultural background.
Many inspired artists who lived in the country over the centuries left the mark of their genius and thy are a constant source of enrichment for my soul and my creativity.
There are also other countries where I lived or spent some time that truly influenced my personal taste and style…United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Japan, Florida, and Argentina (especially tango!).
At 16 I started working as a collaboration and visual merchandiser in various: clothing, fairs, wedding parties, boutiques of Italian food excellence. I had the opportunity to interact with great professionals and draw inspiration and important lessons from them for my personal and professional growth.
My wardrobe has seen all kinds of evolutions: from white, red and blue to total black and back, from size 38 to 48, from looks designed to conform to the style of large professional and super formal lawfirms (well, yes, I worked as a lawyer for some years!) to the aprons of exhibition stands (and vice versa)…From ball gowns to boxing sportwear, through delicate wedding dresses and sumptuous, but all in all sober, long evening dresses for special occasions. All supported by a constant increase in shoes, bags, and scarves ... those do not change size!
During a stay in Venice, after weeks in which I felt overwhelmed by the beauty that surrounded my eyes wherever I was looking, I realized that I wanted to make of beauty a job.
The big question was: How? By turning myself and other people into our true, beautiful, best-version of our-selves.
After years of styling for friends and family, and ad hoc shopping, in haberdasheries, big brands, single-brand stores, malls, fair-trade shops and remote markets, I began to make available my skills and my passion to satisfy my clients’ style needs.
Image consultancy has been the answer to my quest.
A help that I, myself, would have wanted to take good care of my image in moments when I did not consider it important, it was so important that the terror of making mistakes paralyzed me or, simply, I did not have time to think about putting an outfit together.
Given my infinite propensity towards the sea and swimming, I love to define those who have joined me in this journey “Le Ondine" (The Small Waves): people who face life with sympathy, even when events lead them to "crash on the rocks" they bend, but they do not break and find the way to recompose and broaden their smile.

Today's market compulsions towards new purchases, without which the person seems to almost lose value.
The fascination of garments and accessories that, although fascinating, smart and beautiful, are not suitable for each individual needs can be joyfully reduced.
HOW?
My goal as an image consultant is to make you aware of your shapes and colours as your best friends. Through this discovery, I can help you finding the right "formula" that best suits you in terms of style and shopping and bring you the centre of your own life.

For this reason, I can formulate guidelines relating to your unique body and chromatic season, your personal taste, and lifestyle.
HOW?
My FIRST STEP is COLOUR ANALYSIS, (i.e. the identification of the palette of colours that flatters you the most.
I personally use the seasonal method 4x16.
During the colour analysis, you will look at youself in the mirror while I scroll coloured drapes under your face. This process is used to make emerge your very specifc chromatic characteristics in terms of: UNDERTONE, VALUE, INTENSITY, AND CONTRAST.
As we will get close to your colour palette, you will see yourself lookin more and more beautiful and you will feel enlightened and, almost inevitably, you will smile at yourself and feel more self-confident.
The SECOND STEP I warmly suggest is the BODY AND FACIAL SHAPES ANALYSIS.
During this session I take measures of each part of your body and face, and I calculate their proportions. Afterwards, I prepare your PERSONAL FILE where I resume all the collected data, and I formulate specific suggestions on the type of accessories and clothing that tou can combine to always make your figure looking well-proportioned.
YOU CAN NEVER GET ENOUGH?
Then, we shall continue to play with a total WARDROBE ANALYSIS and the STYLE GAME.
In both cases, we will add further information to your PERSONAL FILE.
Are you ready to tell me more about your typical week and lifestyle? Which activities are predominant in your life? Sport? Work? Mum's life? Are you regularly attending events that require specific attires?
We can also move forward to the RE-ORGANIZATION OF YOUR WARDROBE in a more versatile and practical way.
In this phase, we may detect gaps and/or excesses with with respect to your current needs.
Therefore, we will put aside garments that need the intevention of the tailor or the shoemaker, and those, that can be greeted forever to make some room in you wardrobe and life!
If, during this journey, you will have acquired sufficient self-confidence, you can launch yourself, and you can experiment the acquired skills on your own, with the help of your personal form and palette.
Otherwise we can go together for a SHOPPING session, personal or in group (maximum 4 people).
Approximately once a month, I organize a gathering for my clients where we FOCUS on a specific issue regarding the application of the received guidelines; i.e.: how to combine Winter colours in an outfit, how to choose the right shirt's cut, how to use the seasonal colour wheel.
These are occasions of both socialization, and style practice thought to help reaching personal results.
Sometimes the groups are homogeneous, for example divided by season or by body shape.
Some others are evenings of style game in which you can have fun while pursuing your own individual goals.

Every time I open my closet, I want to feel SATISFACTION; that sense of that comes, not so much from the number of pieces it contains, but from the thought of how much each single garment has the power to make me feel fascinating and luminous in my uniqueness.
This path has cost me years of experimentation, observation, study of the aesthetics of people and art. In the end (which then, you never stop learning and experimenting) I thought it would be nice to share it with other people and make their conquests faster than mine!
Of course, we need the will to GROW and accept to know every day as if it were the first time the person who wakes up from the previous day, always the same, but never the same.
Wow! The pluses of an image consultancy course?
Imagine that every time you enter a store, you already know the colors and cuts you are looking for, you have probably also refined your touch and developed greater attention and sensitivity towards the materials you want to feel on you, you know the importance of a garment that adapts to the your body (and not the other way around) and feel less the urge to fill yourself with things that would then be destined for the corner of oblivion. And if something needs to be adapted, what could be more satisfying than a wardrobe fitting professional who, with his expert eye and his hands, finds the right line for a seam that will be exclusively for you? Even more ethical, right?
